We are looking for a creative, proactive, and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, design, and live engagement.

Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing
  • Execute digital marketing strategies and assist in online campaigns.
  • Manage and update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Create engaging graphics, videos, and written content for social media and blogs.
  • Engage with the online community and respond to inquiries.
  • Maintain and update e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Website).
  • Support lead-generation and lead-conversion activities.
  • Assist in digital event promotions and invitations.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
2. Multimedia & Graphic Design
  • Plan, shoot, and edit multimedia content (photos & videos) for marketing campaigns and social media.
  • Design visual materials including social media posts, banners, posters, infographics, product visuals, and promotional content.
  • Produce short-form videos such as TikTok clips, reels, and educational content.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all multimedia and graphic outputs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns and events.
  • Maintain a well-organized digital library of design files and multimedia assets.
3. TikTok Live
  • Assist in planning and executing TikTok Live sessions.
  • Engage with viewers, answer questions, and promote products during live sessions.
  • Support live session preparation including scripts, talking points, and product highlights.
  • Monitor live performance metrics and provide suggestions for improvement.

Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Creative Arts, or related fields.
  • Familiar with social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Basic skills in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.) and graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Creative, proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
  • Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Passion for health, wellness, and lifestyle content is advantageous.
