Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, drive, supervise and implement robust technical standards, systems and processes
  • Provide direction and support to technical staffs
  • Establishing and enforcing company policies
  • Evaluate team performance metrics
  • Review new product and advise the management of its quality
  • Responsible for handling service centre nationwide
  • To manage spare parts for warranty/repair, ensure sufficient parts is available for warranty/repair use
  • To read thru tender document and guide technical projects, advice on pricing proposal
  • To handle major project arrangement assign by the management
  • Overseeing scheduling & arrangement of daily task
  • Analyse all technical activities and processes to ensure service delivery at high standards
  • To report products issue and deal with supplier for solution
  • Liaise with internal team, suppliers and customer for technical related matters
  • Works with internal sales team and provide technical support
  • Responsible on organising product training
  • Liaise with government authorities on testing and certifications compliances
  • Oversees all drafting and structural drawings of the project details utilizing CAD or similar design software
  • To prepare and generate report to management as and when required

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), or any other equivalent field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
  • Candidate fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires to deal with Mandarin-speaking suppliers
  • Well verse in other language is an added advantage
  • At least 3-year(s) of working experience in the related field, preferably in Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) industry
