We are looking for motivated and highly committed interior designer(s) and stylist(s) to help expand the boundary of homestay interior design.

Requirement:

• Related working experience in interior design or the construction field is a major plus.
• Good at connecting with people.
• Willing to travel to different project sites to manage them.

Scope of Work:

1. Site Supervision & Quality Control

• Oversee daily site inspections to ensure all works comply with approved design plans, quality benchmarks, and project timelines.
• Monitor contractor performance and progress, coordinating corrective actions with the project team to address delays or deficiencies.
• Conduct structured spot checks to uphold workmanship quality and ensure contractual compliance.
• Identify and escalate potential site issues (e.g., M&E clashes, finishes, installation conflicts) that may impact design integrity or delivery.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations, statutory requirements, and site cleanliness protocols.
• Supervise the maintenance of site records, including progress updates, site diaries, and logbooks, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Oversee and validate material tracking and reporting carried out by site coordinators, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project needs.

2. Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead, mentor, and supervise site coordinators, interns, and maintenance staff to ensure operational efficiency and professional development.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and interior designers to coordinate timely deliveries and ensure smooth design implementation.
• Act as the point of escalation for site-related issues, providing solutions and aligning stakeholders towards project objectives.
• Provide management support on ad hoc project-related tasks, ensuring timely completion and alignment with broader project goals.
