Job Description

  • Provide forwarding/ logistics solutions to customers and guide the customer on shipping, customs clearance and logistics matter.
  • Update daily container movement planning.
  • Plan and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery to final destination.
  • Responsible for handling all shipping coordination including vessel booking, freight arrangement, shipping documents and other related document preparation.
  • To coordinate with 3rd party logistics service providers and provide full logistic support to the sales division.
  • To liaise with customers for any inquiry.
  • Carry out any other tasks that assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Malay, Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good attitude
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too, training provided.
