Role Description

This is a
12 MONTHS contract
role for a Recruiter specializing in Mass/Bulk Hiring, based on-site in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for large-scale hiring initiatives. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Additionally, the Recruiter will track and report hiring metrics, maintain a talent pipeline, and contribute to recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years experience ,especially in Mass Hiring, Bulk Hiring, or High-volume Recruitment/BPO
  • Strong skills in Sourcing, Interviewing, and Screening Candidates
  • Expertise in Recruitment Planning, Talent Pipelining, and Onboarding
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruiting Metrics
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in corporate or agency recruiting preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is beneficial
