Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Consultant (TAC) embeds within a hiring project for a large regional enterprise building a new digital business, delivering end-to-end technology hiring outcomes. You will own the recruitment lifecycle, use data to improve hiring efficiency, and partner closely with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Workforce & Role Intake:
Conduct structured job briefings; translate business goals into market-aligned profiles, capability maps, and search strategies. - Sourcing & Assessment:
Execute multi-channel sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/x-ray, communities such as GitHub/Stack Overflow, referrals, targeted ads). Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate research and personalization. Screen for skills, signals, and motivation; maintain high CV→Interview quality. - Process & Stakeholder Management:
Run the Kinetik Hiring Funnel end-to-end: intake → sourcing → screening → shortlist → interviews → debriefs → offer → start. Facilitate weekly
Tracker Sessions
and
Data Wraps
, proactively surfacing risks and options to decision-makers. - Reporting & Insights:
Maintain accurate data in Kinetik Project Sheets/ATS; prepare weekly dashboards (throughput, conversion, time-to-offer, offer acceptance) and present insights with clear actions. - Brand & Candidate Experience:
Apply approved messaging frameworks and protect the client's EVP. Manage candidate expectations professionally and provide timely feedback. - Enablement & Culture:
Share playbooks and search techniques; support junior team members when paired. Participate in Monday huddles and weekly leadership check-ins. - Compliance:
Handle personal data in line with
PDPA
and client information-security requirements.
Skills & Experience
- 2–5+ years in Talent Acquisition (agency, in-house, or RPO); embedded/onsite experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrated success hiring across
Digital
disciplines (Engineering, Data, Product, Design, Growth/Marketing, Tech Ops). - Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and community-led searches; comfort with responsible use of AI sourcing/enrichment tools.
- Strong planning and ownership mindset; able to manage 10–20 active pipelines with clear prioritization and timely escalation.
- Data fluency: interprets funnel metrics and recommends the right lever (quality, volume, sequencing, interviewer load, compensation, JD).
- Clear, concise communication in English; Bahasa and/or SEA languages are a plus.
- Disciplined documentation and Slack-first collaboration.
