Job Description/Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pet manufacturing sector.

· Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and other partners.

· Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

· Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.

· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

· Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

· Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand and expand business contacts.

· Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

· Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field

· Have experience in sales or business development, ideally within the pet industry or manufacturing sector.

· Strong understanding of pet product market and customer base.

· Have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Proficiency in MS Office software.
