We are looking for an
intern
to join our Operations, Agency Services team to assist with day-to-day procedural activities within the department.

What You'll Do

  • Data entry for FiMM applications (new, re-sit, re-registration).
  • Assist in managing FiMM exam registration and seat availability.
  • Prepare candidate lists and exam results.
  • Help update monthly and ad-hoc reports.
  • Organize and maintain agency contracts and personnel files.
  • Assist with processing appointment letters and stamping agreements.
  • Compile and file Statutory Declaration renewal forms.
  • Support compliance checks (e.g., compliance matrix self-testing).
  • Help generate overdue payment reports and send reminders.
  • Assist with commission processing and adjustments.
  • Work with Finance (payment matters), Branch Ops (registration), and IT (system support).

Who You Are

  • You are pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office tools such as Words, Excel, Powerpoint, and collaboration tools such as MS Teams
  • Initiative, result-oriented and committed to ensure delivery of quality work.
  • Able to display problem-solving skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous with high attention to detail
  • Students in their final year with the ability to intern for at least 6 months are preferred.
