Responsibilities:
Bid for projects of CB/PW & Commercial Business Unit

  • Project management responsibility during the complete bid phase.
  • Creation of competitive offers and proposal with coordination with different stakeholders globally (Sales, Technical sales, TPC, Services, Logistics, OM, Finance etc.) including cost calculation, taking into account technical and commercial aspects based on relevant internal guidelines and customer requirements.
  • Introduction and implementation of all necessary global functions' proposal procedures and governance.
  • Take the lead of Project calculation.
  • Risk assessment coordination and consolidation during bid phase.
  • Initiate bid review and document approvals.

Contract

  • Define contracting strategy in alignment with Bid Team (deal shaping).
  • Perform Contract Statement of Compliance with global/local legal and finance team.
  • Offer/Contract preparation/finalization and negotiation with global/local legal and finance team to define commercials terms and conditions.
  • Change and claim management.
  • Support commercial project management during execution phase.

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Business Administration, Finance, computer science or related discipline.
  • At least 3 years' experience in project management or finance sectors.
  • Strong inter-personal & communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, service-oriented, initiative and independent.
  • Good analytical mind and business sense.
  • Good command in both spoken and written Bahasa (Preferably).
  • Business fluent language skills in English.
  • Proficiency in computer application.
  • Hand-on experience of SAP or others ERP is preferably.
  • Travelling to overseas is required.
