Job Description:

We are seeking a responsible and organized Library Assistant to manage our school library's daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for books, good organizational skills, and a friendly attitude towards students, teachers and staff.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain library collections (cataloguing, shelving, and inventory)
  • Assist students and teachers in locating and borrowing books
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and conducive reading environment
  • Oversee book borrowing and return system
  • Assist in organizing reading programs or literacy-related events
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or above
  • Must be able to read and write in Chinese
  • Responsible, well-organized, and able to follow instructions closely
  • Familiar with library operations or administrative work is an advantage
  • Chinese literacy required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
