Our client, the largest coffee chain in Malaysia, is seeking a Regional Interior Designer - Senior / Junior.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop layout plans, 3D visuals, and full technical drawings for international outlets.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with brand standards and local regulations.
  • Maintain design guidelines, templates, and detail libraries for cross-market use.
  • Review franchisee design proposals for brand alignment and technical feasibility.
  • Provide design support to regional teams and assist in design localization.
  • Ensure all submissions meet required visual, technical, and formatting standards.
  • Assist in documentation management, version control, and workflow improvements.
  • Coordinate with Ops, Marketing, and Construction teams on design-related matters.
  • Support onboarding and training on design standards for new regional members or franchisees.

Requirements
  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent.
  • Min 3 years' experience in retail/F&B/commercial design; fresh graduates considered for junior role.
  • Experience with regional or franchise projects is a plus.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop/Illustrator; construction detailing knowledge required.
  • Familiarity with 3D rendering tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, with strong communication skills across countries/time zones.
