What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement business strategies to win interior projects.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts.
  • Build strong partnerships and monitor competitor activities.
  • Oversee project execution to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with design and project teams to exceed client expectations.
  • Mentor and lead BD executives and support staff.
  • Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in interior design or furniture projects (retail & office preferred).
  • Proven track record in business development and revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a plus.
