Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kelang for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and analyzing market trends. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales pipelines, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
- Strong skills in Market Research, Contract Negotiation, and Relationship Management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
