We're seeking a passionate
Junior Linux/Middleware Engineer
to join our
Service Build Engineering (SBE Build)
team. You'll be part of a high-performing technical group that designs, deploys, and supports
critical middleware platforms
including
RHEL, JBoss, WebLogic, MQ, and Kafka
that power large-scale banking operations.

What You'll Do

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain
    RHEL, JBoss, WebLogic, MQ, and Kafka environments
    .
  • Develop and optimize
    SQL queries for Oracle and MySQL databases
    .
  • Troubleshoot middleware and Linux infrastructure issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Support
    monitoring, logging, and automation initiatives
    to improve operational efficiency.
  • Participate in
    incident management
    and
    root cause analysis
    for service improvements.
  • Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployments.
  • Contribute to
    process automation and optimization projects across systems
    and environments.

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years' experience in
    Linux/Middleware administration
    or support.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Unix/Linux, JBoss, WebLogic, MQ, Kafka, and SQL (Oracle/MySQL).
  • Familiar with
    scripting
    and
    automation tools (e.g., Shell scripting, Ansible).
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Eager to learn and grow in a complex, enterprise-grade technology landscape.
