Experience Customer Service Officer

Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a high level of accuracy and empathy
- Provide detailed information about products, services, policies, and procedures
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests as required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or internal systems
- Escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution
- Meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and quality standards
- Identify recurring customer issues and suggest service improvements
- Support onboarding or mentoring of junior customer service staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection, and confidentiality requirements
Job Requirement
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1 years of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions calmly and efficiently
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, or related tools
- Experience in retail, hospitality, banking, call center, or service industries
- Multilingual communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
