About the role
JEBSON ENGINEERING SERVICES SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Project Assistant to join our team at Mount Austin, Johor. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Required skills
Fresh graduated or minimum 1 years of experience in construction field, experience in Fire Protection is advantage.
A diploma/degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is required.
Job Description.
Prepare tender submissions for fire protection tendering.
Liaise closely with client, main contractor and consultant involving.
Conducting all documentation before tendering.
Take out quantity from drawing for cost estimation and fill in Bill of Quantity.
Compiling related document such as catalogue, material list and method of statement for awarded project.
Prepare progress claim for each project and assist site manager for claim to main con or client.
Work closely with site manager and able to work independently.
Able to work under pressure and low supervision
Salary
RM3000 – RM4000
Working hours
:15 am – 6:00 pm (Monday – Friday)
