JOB SUMMARY:

Assist the project lead in coordinating and managing the preparation of Johor Corporation's Integrated

Annual Report (IAR), including information gathering, content coordination and vendor liaison to

ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and collect data, reports and inputs from JCorp Divisions, Departments and Investee Companies.
  • Track and compile submissions according to the IAR content framework and timeline.
  • Liaise with appointed vendors (designers, writers etc.) for progress updates and material follow-ups.
  • Assist in reviewing drafts, fact checks and ensuring consistency of information across sections.
  • Maintain project trackers, timelines and documentation for management reporting.
  • Support logistics and administrative needs related to the IAR project (e.g. scheduling, reminders, document filing).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Strong coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
  • Able to handle multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in project coordination, reporting, or editorial work is an advantage.
