Your Role: Driving Sustainability Through Data Excellence

As a Senior Specialist, Sourcing Operations, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing sustainability-related data across VF's global supply chain. You'll be the bridge between sourcing, materials supply, and sustainability teams—ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable data that supports our environmental goals and regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead data collection, management, and reporting for environmental metrics, key materials, and upstream suppliers.
  • Act as the liaison between Sourcing, Global Materials Supply (GMS), and Sustainability & Responsibility (S&R) teams.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data to support sustainability programs and public-facing goals.
  • Support regulatory compliance and due diligence reporting for US and EU requirements.
  • Scale and improve internal data systems, workflows, and reporting tools.
  • Manage projects and stakeholder communications around data integration and process optimization.
  • Deliver impactful reports and visualizations using tools like PowerPoint, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Maintain data integrity across completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and taxonomy.
  • Conduct data-related training sessions as needed.
  • Handle ad hoc data tasks and reporting requests.

What You Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in data management, preferably within supply chain or sustainability.
  • Strong communication skills in English; local language proficiency is a plus.
  • Expertise in data architecture, ETL processes, and handling structured/unstructured data.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Tableau/Power BI, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Smartsheet, RPA, Python, SQL, and database management systems is a plus.
  • Proven ability to analyze audit data and present actionable insights.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and project management capabilities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
