Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain production schedules based on customer orders and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
  • Monitor production progress and highlight any delays or issues to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of production output and materials usage.
  • Assist in forecasting production requirements to optimize resource allocation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production planning process.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP or production planning systems is a plus.

Salary Range: RM 3,000 - 3,500

Location: Senai, Johor
