Company Background:

Our client is a food manufacturing company, which is based in Malaysia. Headquarters in Johor Bahru. It operates in the Cookie and Cracker Manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage production, materials, and supply chain plans in coordination with sales and operations.
  • Analyze forecasts and trends to ensure adequate supply and inventory levels.
  • Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand with capacity.
  • Monitor and improve KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Production, Sales, and Logistics teams.

  • Identify and mitigate supply risks or capacity constraints.

  • Implement planning tools and systems to improve efficiency and visibility.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the planning team (if applicable).

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.

  • 5+ years of planning experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG industries.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Excel.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Leadership experience preferred.

  • Working Hours:8:00am 6:00pm (Mon Fri), At least 1 Saturday OT for monthly stock count

Salary Range: RM7500 - RM9500
