Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and CRM system in a timely and professional manner.
  • Understand and clearly communicate company services and logistics solutions to customers.
  • Advise customers on shipping options, pricing, delivery timelines, and other relevant service details.
  • Assist customers in placing service orders and guide them through the process.
  • Support in improving service conversion rates through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Handle and resolve post-service issues and enquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on customer requests and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service updates in the CRM system.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (spoken Mandarin proficiency is required).
  • Prior experience in customer service, logistics, courier, or e-commerce service-related roles is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented and customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to learn and understand company services and operational processes, and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
