- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues.
- Maintain clear and complete records of all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service quality.

- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin due to support oversea client from Singapore.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
- Able to work on shift rotation, including weekends and public holidays (if applicable).
