Core Purpose:

To act as the technical expert who designs, proposes, and cost-justifies tailored cybersecurity solutions to meet client requirements.

Key Aspects of the Role:

·      Technical Strategy & Design: Researching security standards and designing articulate infrastructure solutions with deep product knowledge.

·      Client-Focused Solutioning: Interpreting client security requirements and customizing proposals with suitable security solutions and deployment models.

·      Commercial & Project Planning: Preparing project cost estimations, effort estimates, work breakdown structures, and implementation timelines.

·      Sales Enablement: Collaborating closely with sales on lead generation through meetings, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs), including tender and proposal preparation.

Requirements:

·      A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, combined with relevant technical experience (ideally in Network, Endpoint, or Cloud Security).

·      Essential: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with networking and security technologies (e.g., Firewalls, IPS, DLP, WAF, PAM).

·      Advantageous: Knowledge and experience in security testing and assessment.

·      Well-versed in security solution architecture concepts and industry best practices.

·      Proven ability to work independently on initiatives with minimal oversight. Must be self-motivated, willing to learn, and have a passion for emerging security technologies.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical messages effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

·      Strong problem-solving skills: must be able to identify, analyze, and address issues in a way that minimizes impact and risk to the client.
