  1. Pemeriksaan Bahan Mentah

    • Memastikan kualiti bahan seperti kain, dakwat, kertas, atau bahan cetak lain memenuhi spesifikasi standard.

    • Mengesahkan ketepatan inventori bahan mentah sebelum memulakan proses produksi.

  2. Pemeriksaan Semasa Proses Cetakan

    • Memantau proses percetakan untuk memastikan hasil cetakan adalah tepat dan bebas daripada kecacatan seperti:

    • Warna tidak sekata.

    • Dakwat yang tidak melekat dengan baik.

    • Kesan calar atau cetakan tidak lengkap.

    • Memastikan keserasian reka bentuk dan spesifikasi pelanggan (ukuran, jenis tulisan, warna, dan grafik).

  3. Pemeriksaan Produk Siap

    • Melakukan pemeriksaan akhir terhadap produk siap (T-shirt atau cetakan digital), termasuk:

    • Semakan warna, ketepatan reka bentuk, dan kesilapan ejaan.

    • Memastikan T-shirt tidak koyak, luntur warna, atau rosak.

    • Semakan ketahanan cetakan pada T-shirt (contoh: ujian cucian atau geseran).

  4. Dokumentasi dan Laporan QC

    • Mendokumentasikan setiap pemeriksaan dan penilaian kualiti untuk rujukan dan penambahbaikan.

    • Menyediakan laporan berkala mengenai kecacatan, tindakan pembetulan, dan trend isu kualiti.

  5. Tindakan Pembetulan

    • Mengasingkan produk yang tidak memenuhi standard kualiti.

    • Bekerjasama dengan bahagian produksi untuk menyelesaikan masalah kualiti dan meningkatkan proses.

  6. Pemantauan Peralatan

    • Memastikan peralatan percetakan sentiasa diselenggara dengan baik dan kalibrasi dilakukan mengikut jadual.

    • Mengenal pasti sebarang masalah teknikal yang boleh menjejaskan kualiti hasil cetakan.

  7. Hubungan dengan Pelanggan

    • Mengendalikan aduan pelanggan berkaitan kualiti produk.

    • Bekerjasama dengan bahagian jualan atau khidmat pelanggan untuk memastikan kepuasan pelanggan.

  8. Peningkatan Kualiti

    • Mengusulkan langkah penambahbaikan untuk mengurangkan kecacatan dan meningkatkan kualiti produk.

    • Menyelaras latihan untuk pekerja berkaitan pemahaman standard kualiti dan cara menanganinya.
