What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future?

Pricing Strategy

  • Support the development and improvement of pricing models for sourcing (C2B, B2B) and sales channels (B2B, B2C)
  • Optimize pricing decisions by leveraging market trends, customer sentiment, product lifecycle insights
  • Align pricing strategies with business goals by collaborating closely with key stakeholders

Data Analysis

  • Analyse historical data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Generate actionable insights to enhance profitability and inform pricing decisions
  • Utilize tools like Excel or BI software to support forecasting and modelling efforts

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with sourcing and sales teams to ensure pricing strategies are consistently implemented
  • Assist in creating streamlined processes and frameworks to guide pricing decisions
  • Document workflows and support process improvements to enhance cross-department collaboration

Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in efforts to streamline and automate pricing workflows
  • Contribute ideas and solutions to enhance pricing efficiency and effectiveness across the organization

What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field from a reputable university
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Proven experience in Pricing, ideally in the electronics or second-hand phone industry
  • Skilled in building pricing models
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools like Excel
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics, supply-demand, and product lifecycles
