Admin Support for CEO Office

- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, correspondence, and documentation management.
- Manage calendars, meeting schedules, and logistical arrangements for the CEO's Office.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentation slides, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, reimbursements, and expense claims.
- Support internal communication and coordination between departments.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement needs when necessary.
- Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, or official visits as required.
- Assist head of CEO office and tracking assignments/task.
Job Requirements and Skills
Education
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
Experience
- At least 2–4 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably supporting senior management or corporate offices.
Specific Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Experience in document control, scheduling, and coordination will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
