Job Description


• To study on Purchase Requisition and request Quotation from supplier for all purchases;

• To check and issue Purchase Order to suppliers as per price, quantity, quality and delivery time;

• To follow up and monitor with suppliers on the delivery of goods and minimize back order;

• To review Delivery Note from supplier and update in Goods Received in ERP system;

• To issue Purchase Return on rejected parts and follow up with suppliers on the return status;

• To check and reply stock balance quantity in Sales Confirmation;

• To review Raw Material Withdrawal Delivery Note and update in excel tracking system;

• To review Goods Delivery Note from production and update in excel tracking system;

• To prepare and update raw material forecast listing for kit set item;

• To update Requisition Order file on items completed by production;

• To update stock card for raw material store;

• To prepare and update mould material expenses into excel file;

• To update costing of subcontractor into excel file;

• To issue stock out for chemical paint use in ERP system;

• To key in bill of material of each new items;

• To key in all tax invoice to GRN system;

• To issue Requisition Order to production department;

• To file in all related documents such as Quotation, PO, DO, Purchase Return, Tax Invoice and etc. for the department;

• To adhere to all internal processes and procedures according to ISO requirement;

• To adhere to the company's rules & regulations as stipulated in the appointment letter;

• To perform any other related duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
