LELAKI SAHAJA

Tanggungjawab:

  • Menyambut pelanggan dengan mesra dan memberi layanan yang baik.
  • Membantu pelanggan dalam memilih produk yang sesuai untuk haiwan peliharaan mereka.
  • Mengisi dan menyusun stok di rak mengikut kategori.
  • Memastikan kebersihan dan kekemasan premis kedai.
  • Memberi maklumat produk dan promosi kepada pelanggan.
  • Mengendalikan transaksi jualan (cashier) di kaunter (jika diperlukan).
  • Memastikan stok sentiasa mencukupi dan membuat laporan kepada pengurus jika perlu.
  • Menyediakan makanan dan menjaga kebersihan kawasan kedai kepada haiwan peliharaan milik syarikat (jika perlu)
  • Memastikan stok barangan sentiasa ada di rak.

Kelayakan:

  • Minima SPM atau setaraf.
  • Fresh graduate dialu-alukan.
  • Mesra pelanggan dan suka haiwan peliharaan.
  • Mempunyai pengalaman dalam bidang jualan atau runcit satu kelebihan.
  • Mampu bekerja dalam pasukan dan berdikari.
  • Boleh bekerja hujung minggu dan cuti umum.

Job Description – Sales Assistant

Location: PetsMART Pontian

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

MALE ONLY

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.
  • Assist customers in choosing suitable products for their pets.
  • Restock and arrange items on shelves by category.
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the store.
  • Share product and promotional information with customers.
  • Handle sales transactions at the counter (if required).
  • Monitor inventory and report shortages to the manager.
  • Assist in preparing food for company pets and maintaining the cleanliness of the shop areas (if applicable).
  • Always make sure rack full of product.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate also can.
  • Friendly and passionate about animals.
  • Experience in retail or sales is an advantage.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
