You'll Be DISRUPTIVE Through These Duties and Responsibilities

1.     Spare Part Management

  • Spare part ordering
  • Manage spare parts sales & claims
  • Tracking spare parts order from Hong Kong
  • Update Spare Parts List  (SPL)

2.     Service Center Management

  • Manage and monitor incoming & outgoing tools
  • Scheduling and monitor technician repair job
  • Monitor the turnaround time
  • Ensure the service room is well-organized with designated areas for tool repairs and spare parts storage

3.     Authorised Service Center (ASC) Management

  • Identify and appoint ASC for Milwuakee Malaysia that will provide service and support for power tools.
  • Monitor the ASCs operation is aligined with the Terms and Condition as agreed in the customer service agreement.
  • Technical training arrangement to the ASCs service personnel.
  • Manage the sales of spare parts to ASCs
  • Develop strategies to maintain ASC engagement and promote a collaborative partnership to foster long-term success.

4.     Technical Training Support

  • Prepare and schedule for technical training program to local & ASCs service Personnel.
  • Updates training program and special tools.
  • Assess and address skill gaps in the team, arranging for specialized training as needed.

5.     Others

  • Other ad-hoc job assigned from time to time.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients and high-value accounts, ensuring their service expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints, providing solutions that align with company policies and customer satisfaction goals

The Skills You'll Bring with You·

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial) or equivalent
  • 5-6 years of experience in service-related job functions with at least 2 years in manager role
  • Experience with basic power tools and diagnostic tools
  • Possess Sales Force experience is added advantage
