About the Role

As a Sales Advisor, you will be at the forefront of the solar revolution, promoting and selling our premium solar energy systems to residential and commercial clients. You'll educate customers on the benefits of solar power, design customized solutions, and guide them through every stage of the decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage potential customers through leads, referrals, events, and digital channels.
  • Conduct consultations to assess customers' energy requirements and recommend tailored solar solutions.
  • Prepare clear, compelling proposals and quotations, including cost savings and financing options.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, partners, and community networks.
  • Stay informed on solar technology advancements, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales (renewable energy, home improvement, or related field preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic technical knowledge of solar energy systems training will be provided.
