As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring that all inquiries, bookings, and concerns are handled with professionalism and a personal touch. Your goal is to provide excellent service that enhances the guest experience from the first message to the final farewell.
Job Description (Key Responsibilities):
* Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via email, messaging apps, and phone.
* Manage bookings, cancellations, and guest communications on platforms like Airbnb, , and Agoda.
* Provide detailed information about the homestay, local attractions, and cultural experiences.
* Handle guest check-in/check-out procedures at reception .
* Resolve guest issues or concerns efficiently and courteously.
* Maintain updated records of reservations and guest feedback.
* Collaborate with housekeeping, maintainance and management to ensure guest satisfaction
Job Requirement:
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
* Proficiency in English and Malay; Chinese speaker are a plus.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with guests.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Age: Years Old
