Job description:
- Organize and manage daily schedules for patient appointments, avoiding overlaps and ensuring optimal use of time slots.
- Greet patients warmly upon arrival, assisting with registration procedures efficiently.
- Manage patient queues efficiently to minimize wait times and enhance their experience.
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing information or directing calls to appropriate staff members.
- Assist in ensuring accurate billing information for rehabilitation services, generating bills for outpatient visits, and resolving billing inquiries efficiently.
- Conduct daily filing of documents to maintain organized records, updating the guaranteeletter (GL) according to expiration dates, and verifying GL before patient appointments to ensure billing accuracy.
Requirements:
- Must possess Diploma or Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) certificate.
- 1 year working experience.
- Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Working experience in clerical duties.
- Computer Literate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fresh graduates and Interns are encouraged to apply.
