Job description:

  • Organize and manage daily schedules for patient appointments, avoiding overlaps and ensuring optimal use of time slots.
  • Greet patients warmly upon arrival, assisting with registration procedures efficiently.
  • Manage patient queues efficiently to minimize wait times and enhance their experience.
  • Answer phone calls promptly, providing information or directing calls to appropriate staff members.
  • Assist in ensuring accurate billing information for rehabilitation services, generating bills for outpatient visits, and resolving billing inquiries efficiently.
  • Conduct daily filing of documents to maintain organized records, updating the guaranteeletter (GL) according to expiration dates, and verifying GL before patient appointments to ensure billing accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Must possess Diploma or Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) certificate.
  • 1 year working experience.
  • Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Working experience in clerical duties.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fresh graduates and Interns are encouraged to apply.
