JOB VACANCY – ADMIN CUSTOMER SERVICE
Location: Iskandar Puteri
Salary: RM 2,600
Start: December or January
Shift: Rotation

Job Scope:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Maintain and update customer records accurately
- Assist with administrative tasks and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints
- Support team and management with daily operations
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Able to communicate well in English and BM
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented
- Able to work rotation shifts and start in December or January
