- Perform daily data entry of invoices, receipts, and payment transactions.
- Assist in preparing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) reports.
- Maintain accurate and organised financial records and filing systems.
- Process supplier invoices, verify billing accuracy, and prepare payment vouchers.
- Issue customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly closing activities.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Handle petty cash, staff claims, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments on billing matters.
- Perform any other administrative or accounting duties assigned by the Finance Manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
