  • Perform daily data entry of invoices, receipts, and payment transactions.
  • Assist in preparing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) reports.
  • Maintain accurate and organised financial records and filing systems.
  • Process supplier invoices, verify billing accuracy, and prepare payment vouchers.
  • Issue customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly closing activities.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
  • Handle petty cash, staff claims, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments on billing matters.
  • Perform any other administrative or accounting duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
