KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Software Support & Issue Resolution

  • Provide day-to-day support for applications, including AI/automation modules, ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects, performance issues, and integration errors.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address incidents or potential risks.

Application Maintenance & Enhancement

  • Maintain, optimize, and enhance existing applications to improve functionality, reliability, scalability, and user experience (UX).
  • Implement minor change requests, UI/UX improvements, feature enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to UI/UX and coding best practices, maintain the quality, and ensure compliance with internal standards.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and collaborate on regression testing for releases and system upgrades.
  • Support UAT activities by preparing test cases, validating results, and addressing users' feedback

Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation including system design, functionality, release notes, and support procedures.
  • Maintain structured records for changes, incidents, and fixes for future reference and audit purposes.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Project, Data, AI, DevOps) to implement improvements and resolve technical issues.
  • Support the adoption of automation, AI and digitalization in system maintenance tasks as well as contribute to knowledge-sharing and team technical upskilling.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1– 3 years of experience in software support, maintenance, or development preferably in a tech or AI-focused environment (experience in a Big 4 firm is highly preferred).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PL/SQL.
  • Knowledge of databases and ability to write and optimize SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and coding standards.
  • Excellent critical thinking, stakeholder communication, and data storytelling skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and requirements-gathering capabilities.
