About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site HR Lead to support both our Quality Supply Chain Manufacturing Site and Contract Manufacturing Business Unit (CMO). Based at our Ulu Kelang site, this role is a critical member of the Site Leadership Team (SLT) — partnering closely with the Site Director (SD) and wider HR teams to drive strong People Plans, organizational effectiveness, and a high-performance culture.
This is a highly influential role that shapes our people strategy, strengthens leadership capability, and supports Haleon's vision of delivering better everyday health with humanity.
A Day in the Life
What You'll Do:
Strategic People Leadership
- Lead and execute the Site People Plan (Culture, I&D, Talent, Leadership, Capability).
- Use data, insights, and KPIs to steer long-term site success.
- Partner with regional and in-country HR teams for consistent HR delivery.
Talent, Leadership & Capability
- Oversee talent reviews, succession planning, and future pipelines.
- Drive site training strategy, leadership development, and HPT programs.
- Support the SLT and TA team through a strong, inclusive selection process.
Culture, Engagement & Organisational Effectiveness
- Diagnose site needs and lead impactful culture and organisation interventions.
- Coach SLT members to strengthen leadership behaviours.
- Drive engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, and belonging.
Workforce Planning & ER/IR
- Partner with Finance & Ops to optimise headcount and organisational design.
- Lead ER/IR agenda — including works council, unions, and labour law compliance.
- Resolve complex ER issues and build manager capability.
HR Governance & Operational Excellence
- Champion HR standards, governance, and People Services adoption.
- Mitigate HR risks and support Haleon's cultural evolution.
Why You?
Required Skills & Experience
- Degree in HR or related field.
- Solid HRBP experience with senior stakeholders (Director/VP).
- Manufacturing or complex single-site HR leadership experience.
- Strong ER/IR and labour law expertise.
- Proven track record driving culture, engagement, and change.
- Analytical, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity.
Preferred
- Experience with Employee Representative Bodies and Collective Agreements.
- OD/HPO knowledge and strong business acumen.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.
