  • Provide secretarial support to General Manager, managing daily schedule, meeting, appointments, traveling and correspondence as well as follow through specific actions that need to be taken.
  • Prepare business report, meeting minutes and handle private and confidential documents.
  • To assist in preparation of presentation & organizing internal and external events.
  • To manage all the inbound and outbound communications (phone, fax, e-mail and mail).
  • To prepare logistics and organizing transport and air tickets purchase for staffs and visitors.
  • To assist any ad-hoc task assigned by General Manager and senior leadership team
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive matters.
  • Pleasant personality, resourceful, ability to prioritize and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Malay.
  • Computer literate with demonstrated knowledge of MS Office.
