  • Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Supervise Commis Chef and ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Oversee food prep, cooking, and plating quality.
  • Handle stock monitoring and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Step in as Acting Head Chef when needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in kitchen operations.
  • Good cooking skills and knowledge of food handling.
  • Able to lead and guide junior kitchen staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
