- Handle filing and organizing of accounting and administrative documents.
- Maintain proper record-keeping of invoices, receipts, and other documents.
- Assist in updating and labeling files for easy reference.
- Support the accounts team in basic administrative tasks.
- Ensure all documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Able to handle confidential documents responsibly.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
