  • Handle filing and organizing of accounting and administrative documents.
  • Maintain proper record-keeping of invoices, receipts, and other documents.
  • Assist in updating and labeling files for easy reference.
  • Support the accounts team in basic administrative tasks.
  • Ensure all documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Able to handle confidential documents responsibly.
  • Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
