Hoppi — the new-generation baby brand born in Singapore and managed in Malaysia — is looking for an energetic, hands-on Event & Acquisition Specialist to join our Brand & Marketing team.

You'll be the engine that brings Hoppi to life on the ground — from creative fair setups to engaging retail activations — while driving new customer acquisitions through smart, feel-good brand experiences.


Your Mission

Be the heartbeat behind Hoppi's on-ground presence — turning ideas into experiences that parents remember. From baby fairs, retail displays, pop-ups, to brand collaborations and sampling campaigns, you'll make sure every touchpoint tells the Hoppi story beautifully.


What You'll Do

  • Lead on-ground activations — baby fairs, pop-ups, roadshows, and store displays.
  • Plan and execute customer acquisition activities (sampling, data capture, sign-ups).
  • Manage event logistics, booth setup, vendors, and creative décor execution.
  • Coordinate with retail partners and mall teams for merchandising & in-store visibility.
  • Support brand collaborations, influencer events, and content-driven activations.
  • Work closely with the marketing & creative teams to align message, tone, and visuals.
  • Track and report post-event performance, learnings, and acquisition results.

We're Looking For

  • A go-getter (preferably male) with strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • 3–4 years' experience in events, activations, or marketing operations.
  • Someone energetic, resourceful, and not afraid to run the show (literally).
  • A natural communicator who can work with both creative and commercial teams.
  • Passionate about branding, lifestyle aesthetics, and connecting with people.
