Job Summary - Accounting & Admin Assistant:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Accounting & Admin Assistant to become a key part of our office team. This role is central to ensuring smooth administrative and financial operations. It is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone eager to build a career in a stable and essential industry. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a positive attitude. (Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administration & Human Resources:

* Act as the first point of contact: answer phone calls, manage general email inquiries, and receive visitors.

* Assist in basic HR tasks, including preparing employment contracts, maintaining employee records, and tracking staff attendance and leave.

* Manage office supplies and place orders, ensuring we are always well-stocked.

* Assist with the coordination of meetings and company schedules.

2. Accounting:

* Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry of supplier invoices, customer payments, and receipts.

* Learn and utilize **AutoCount Accounting Software** to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and generate basic financial reports.

* Assist in reconciling bank statements and managing petty cash.

* Support the finance team with month-end closing procedures and other ad-hoc accounting duties.

Qualifications & Skills:

* SPM/Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

* No prior work experience is required; fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Word and Excel).

* Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

* Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.

* A positive, willing-to-learn attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

* Prior experience or familiarity with AutoCount Accounting Software is a plus point.

Working Hours:

* Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
