Job Scope

Daily Operations:

  • Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficient workflows and effective team collaboration.
  • Assist with scheduling, organizing meetings, and managing timelines to keep projects on track.

Client and Talent Relations:

  • Act as the primary contact for clients, vendors, and talent, fostering strong relationships and ensuring excellent service.
  • Coordinate with talent and client to ensure project requirements are met and communication flows smoothly.

Budget Management:

  • Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor spending, and optimize for cost efficiency.

Project Support:

  • Assist in coordinating entertainment events, and promotional activities.
  • Provide on-site support for talents and clients during events, campaigns, and projects.

Marketing and Promotion Support:

  • Pitching for project sponsorships / collaboration with clients.
  • Collaborate with the team on promotional activities, and assisting to plan, organize, and execute campaigns and projects.
  • Identify and explore new opportunities for promoting our talents and services to attract clients.

Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to building relationships with prospective clients and partners.
  • Promote our talents and services across different channels to grow our brand and network.
  • Provide input on new ideas for partnerships, collaborations, and client acquisition strategies.

Team Coordination:

  • Work closely with the team to ensure everyone is aligned and tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Provide general support to the team, assisting with ad hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A passion for the entertainment industry and willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to different roles and support various aspects of the business.
