Mechanical / Senior Mechanical Engineer (Based in Lahat, Ipoh)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the Mechanical section to ensure all installation, overhaul, maintenance, and repair activities are carried out safely, efficiently and in line with the company's operational objective.
- Lead, train, guide and coordinate the department to achieve high performance and reliability.
- Ensure all preventive maintenance activities for rotating and static equipment are performed safely and effectively.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safe work systems and maintenance schedules to maintain a safe, accident-free work environment.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and records for internal and external audits, ensuring alignment with standard operating procedures.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Candidate with Diploma and relevant working experiences also encouraged to apply.
- Preferably 2-3 years of working experience as Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience in equipment maintenance works (rotating and static)
- Knowledge in AutoCad and CMMS will be added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fresh graduates/entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
