We're looking for a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Lead to manage our brand's social presence. You'll plan content, lead campaigns, and grow our community across all major platforms. If you love creating content, spotting trends, and engaging with online audiences—this is the role for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and lead our overall social media strategy.
  • Manage content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Threads.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar in line with our marketing plans.
  • Work closely with designers, writers, and content creators.
  • Guide internal team members or social media agencies.
  • Post engaging content regularly and consistently.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and community feedback.
  • Track performance (reach, engagement, followers) and adjust strategies based on results.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and algorithm changes.
  • Monitor online conversations about our brand and industry.
  • Work with other teams to align on messaging.
  • Support paid social campaigns alongside the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with influencers and partners to boost visibility.

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing social media (brand or agency).
  • Being able to speak Mandarin is a plus
  • Proven success growing social media channels with real results.
  • Strong understanding of how social media platforms work (especially algorithms and analytics).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving and collaborative environment.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in e-commerce, tech, or consumer brands.
  • Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and web analytics.
  • Experience managing a social media team or agency.
  • Knowledge of how to manage brand reputation online.

  • Platforms: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, Threads.
  • Tools: Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics.
  • Paid media tools: Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads.
  • Optional: Canva, Adobe, CapCut for basic design or video editing.
