Meet The Team
You will play a key role in delivering accurate financial insights that support strategic decision-making. Your expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting will help drive operational efficiency and business growth. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, leveraging advanced tools and analytics to make a meaningful impact.

Where You Come In

• You will develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis.
• You will prepare actual vs. target analysis on a regular basis.
• You manage all aspects of fundamental financial planning and analysis, including planning, spending, report generation, and related tasks.
• You will support budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and cost control for headcount, Opex, and Capex.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial support and analysis for business decisions.
• You will participate in the development of financial procedures and controls.
• You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial standards.
• You will support other ad-hoc projects, reporting, and financial analysis.

What Makes You Successful

• You have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting and Finance.
• You have proven work experience of 4–5 years in Accounts/Finance, particularly in FP&A functions.
• You are familiar with advanced formulas in MS Excel, Hyperion, and Tableau.
• You have experience in Power BI, Power Pivot, and Power Query, which is an added advantage.
• You bring excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports.
• You have a problem-solving attitude and the ability to manage tasks with high complexity and tight deadlines.
• You can work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing priorities in a team environment.
