Process Engineer/QA Leader/Finance Assistant/Human Resources

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced personal with a specialization in wire harness and system integration production to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape manufacturing processes from the ground up in a fast-paced startup environment.
1. Process Engineer
Responsibilities:
Evaluates manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs.
Develops manufacturing processes
Improves manufacturing efficiency
Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods.
Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs.
Prepares product and process reports
Help company to complying with government regulations.
Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services.
Maintains product and process database by writing computer programs and entering data.
Completes design and development projects by training and guiding technicians.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree or related field
Minimum of 3+ experience in an engineering discipline
Experience using CAD or CAM software
2. Finance Assistant
Responsibilities:
Process AP, AR and maintain ledgers, reconcile bank and petty cash.
Prepare management accounts, financial statements, and P&L reports.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Support audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication.
3. QA Leader
Responsibilities:
Guide and support QA engineers/testers in manual or automated testing.
Encourage team autonomy, mentor junior members, onboard new staff.
Act as team advocate during sprint planning and stand-ups; ensure requirements are clear and testing aligned with business context.
Track test metrics (e.g. defect density, test coverage); use tools like JIRA, ADO Boards to surface test progress to stakeholders.
Maintain QA documentation, test strategy artifacts, reusable guidelines and wiki.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor, 3 -5 years' relevant experience.
Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret specifications, solid analytical and reporting skills.
Familiarity with quality management tools and software (e.g., document control, ERP).
4. Human Resource Executive
Job Description:
The Human Resource Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, and HR policy compliance. This role plays a key part in ensuring a positive work environment and supporting organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes
- Handle onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR role
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., SAP, Workday)
