Role Description

The Critical Operations Professional will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of data center facilities, managing infrastructure systems, and supporting critical operations. This professional will monitor and maintain the reliability, efficiency, and safety of data center equipment and oversee troubleshooting, maintenance, and compliance tasks. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting operational data, and implementing process improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kampung Bukit Alif.

Qualifications

  • Experience with facility operations, systems maintenance, and troubleshooting in a data center or similar environment
  • Proficiency in critical infrastructure systems such as power, cooling, or fire protection
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance standards related to data infrastructure
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Relevant certifications in data center operations, electrical or mechanical engineering, or a related discipline are an advantage
  • Previous experience in technical or operational roles within the IT, data center, or telecommunications industries is desirable
