  1. Lead local talent recruitment in Malaysia and be familiar with labor policies such as those of the EPF and Socso.

  2. Optimize localized processes, including local employment procedures (such as foreign work visa processing), and liaise with local government agencies.

  3. Liaise with the HR team at the China headquarters and lead the entire recruitment process for local positions in Malaysia.

  4. Digital HR System Implementation: Responsible for the localization of the China headquarters HR system (DingTalk) in Malaysia, including account deployment, permission configuration, and employee training.

  5. Infrastructure Operations: Support the implementation of the Group's HR policies and culture in Malaysia through the Foundation.

  6. Support localized employment plans for BT and other projects and analyze labor market trends in Malaysia.

任职要求:

1.教育背景:本科及以上学历,财务、会计或相关专业;

2.3-5年以上马来西亚制造业HR经验,熟悉工厂运营;精通LHDN税务申报及MOM用工法规,具备政府关系维护经验(如MIDA、MITI对接);

3.熟悉马来西亚劳工法规及跨境用工政策,有钉钉或类似系统实施经验者优先;

4.马来西亚籍,流利掌握英语、马来语及中文(优先)。

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or a related field;

  2. At least 5 years of HR experience in the Malaysian manufacturing industry, familiar with factory operations; proficient in LHDN tax filings and MOM employment regulations, and experience in government relations (e.g., liaison with MIDA and MITI);

  3. Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and cross-border employment policies; experience implementing DingTalk or similar systems is preferred;

  4. Malaysian nationality, fluent in English, Malay, and Chinese (preferred).

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support the company's strategic objectives
  2. Overseeing the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees
  3. Managing employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary, and performance management processes
  4. Coordinating employee training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge
  5. Administering compensation and benefits, including payroll, leave, and other HR-related functions
  6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges
  8. Providing HR-related guidance and support to managers and employees

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a human resources management role, preferably in the manufacturing or service industry
  2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  3. Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and regulations
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with all levels of the organisation
  5. Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
  6. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions
  7. Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
