  • Responsible for shipping operations include planning, optimization the shipping process and comply to the regulation.

  • Make timely bookings and confirm shipping schedules based on the company's receiving and shipping status

  • Responsible for communicating with customs and freight forwards on import/export declarations and the production of related documents

  • Understand and familiar with LMW-related import and export trade law, policy, regulation and operating procedures.

  • Know and familiar with the operation of ERP system

-Involved in the strategizing and planning for shipping & distribution activities to ensure the smooth operation of shipping finished goods for customers.

  • To ensure on-time and accurate delivery of finished goods to customers.

  • Responsible for export logistics, the execution of shipping services & compliance documentation activities required for in/out-bound shipping activities.

  • Have knowledge on handle LMW requirements and license renewal.
