Senior Project Executive

Main Job Scope:
Required to perform M&E duties necessary for the efficient operation of the office and to be based at PJ / JB branch / other sites.
Duties (Key Responsibilities)
- Analysing M&E drawings.
- Taking-off quantities from M&E drawings.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities for M&E Scope.
- Cost Estimating for M&E.
- Prepare tender documents for M&E works.
- Evaluate claims and variations for M&E works.
- Finalise account for M&E scope.
Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours)
Degree in M&E Engineering or equivalent.
Preferably with proven track record in M&E documentation, estimating and costing.
Sound knowledge of M&E/Building Services design criteria.
With relevant working experience in Consultancy Firm or Contractor.
Independent and a self-starter.
Proficient in English and Bahasa.
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience except candidate with exceptional qualities.
